Our CKC registered Goldendoodle, Katie, is a mix between a red female Golden Retriever and a white standard male Poodle. This hybrid mix between these two breeds make terrific family dogs, friendly, affectionate, intelligent and easy to train. As a hybrid cross, they have less health problems and live longer than either parent line.
Katie was bred to CKC, AKC registered Spencer, a 12 lb. red miniature poodle stud, to bring the size down and reestablish the beautiful red color. This produces a F1B mini goldendoodle. F1B goldendoodles are totally non-shedding and hypoallergenic, making them perfect for families with allergy problems. They are very social dogs, happiest when they are with people.
